  • If you are stranded and need assistance, this is NOT the guy you want. My wife contacted her Honda Roadside assistance and was provided with Brian (company owner) who was less than helpful. My wife provided his answering service her location in which her car battery was drained and wouldnt start her car. Brian contacted her and wanted to know why she wasnt at the location she gave. My wife responded that she was at the location she provided his answering service to which he began to argue with her and then said he was not going to provide her service assistance. Quite honestly, this guy is a jerk ...condescending and rude. If you are stuck with him providing you assistance, good luck...I think it would better to walk home than deal with him...
