  • I made an appointment for the $99.00 dental cleaning with Dr. Pittman. I dropped off my dog at 6:30am and received a call at 4:00 to come and pick up my dog. When I arrived they told me the my dog was not ready and to come back after 6:00pm. My total bill was $799.00. When I arrived after 6 there was 4 other people in the front lobby so pissed off cause the same happened to them. Here are the problems with that clinic: 1) waited 20 minutes with another lady for someone to come out of the back to wait on us. 2) they overbook their appointments so expect at least a hour wait to see the doctor/or pick up your dog. 3) they say you can see the same Vet but the Vets don't seem to stay for a long period of time so you never have a Vet that knows the background of your dog so you start from scratch every time. I have never seen Dr. Brooks at this clinic. Also, 2 people walked out due to the disorganization. I went there cause of word of mouth and cause of word of mouth hope this dents your business. We deserve better!!
