I've been using super shuttle for a decade. Always good service until today. I've been waiting 20+ minutes even after I checked in online. The host who is short, bald and round only after I inquired, admitted that he did assign me a van number yet. Upon inquiring, several others spoke up also. It's a very busy Monday night here and this guy canny handle it. I'm going to give super shuttle a second chance since I've never had this horrible experience before but this is ridiculous.
UPDATE:
My flight landed at 7pm. I got home at 9:30pm. I live 20 minutes from airport. Apparently, only after I called corporate after waiting an hour, was I assigned a van. When I asked corporate for refunds for such horrible service due to a "computer glitch" which the staff at airport said no one told them about when system was down. I'm calling BS. There's no excuse for corporate to not communicate with employees when there are 20+ customers stranded at airport. Corporate told me to file a ticket on the website to get a possible refund?!?!?
