Vegetarian perspective-
Best vegan prix fixe dinner I have had in Pittsburgh. I specifically choose this restaurant for restaurant week because it had a vegan option (in addition to steak and fish).
Ambiance is bustling but cozy. Great location of you are catching a show. Street parking is hard but there is a parking garage right across the street.
I enjoyed my $6 nojito (since I was DD). The prix fixe started with a yummy root vegetable salad with a variety of beets, radishes, and carrots. I also enjoyed the somewhat random sweet cookie type bar which was part of the salad.
The star of the show was the Moroccan tangine. Steaming hot with excellent flavors and beans as well as a house made naan, this was my favorite vegetarian dish in the past 6 months of dining out! There was enough to take home for a second meal!
I was also pleasantly surprised by the vegan chocolate mouse, beautifully presented and I liked the subtle coconut milk flavor. The dish was a bit overwhelmed by the amount of berries.
Service and pace were excellent, we would be happy to return again!
