| - Bachi burger serves asian fusion burgers.
One word for this place: innovative.
That being because the different choices of burgers and sauces, etc all compliment eachother with all around goodness. No burger is the same. & they don't use the standard mustard and ketchup.
I always order the Ronin burger. Something about that combination of flavors keeps me comin back for more. Everytime I think of bachi, I think of that flavor! I've been conditioned to it! :)
The ronin burger contains Angus beef, caramelized onions, Japanese cole slaw, a fried egg, Katsu BBQ, miso goma dressing, and the yuzu citrus aioli. All in between two warm and soft hawaiian sweet roll buns. The beef was cooked to perfection - medium rare, just the way I like it.
The oxtail fries are a must try. They load up the plate with pulled oxtail meat with cheese, chili, and a fried egg. The fries were perfectly hot and crispy.
The Parmesan truffle fries are a great side as well! They too have that same crisp and hot (fresh from the fryer) texture and man oh man I love those esp with the side of sundried tomatoe aioli sauce. They also have ketchup on request AND pineapple ketchup if you want a kick!
I notice that they also have special seasonal items that are always changing and they are usually unique as well so keep your eyes peeled!!
Their beverage menu- again, unique and fun. They have different sake combinations as well as different types of beers. My bf really likes their Japanese white beer Hitachino Nest White Ale. I've tried and it and it makes a great pair with any of their burgers.
