  • Beware!! Beware!! This is a slumlord business who puts lipstick on pigs. I recently rented a house from this property management company and the whole experience is a nightmare. I walked through his home in less then ten minutes because the president of this company showed the property and said he had another appointment in 15 mins. The property was a total set up. He claimed they had remodeled and spent a significant amount of money to do so. Upon my initial walk through after they had a months rent of $1330.00 and over $1800.00 in deposits I started to see so many things wrong with the property that you did not see in the first 10 minute walk through. A list was made, it covered the front and back of one page. Three months later I am still waiting for the same issues to be resolved. The pool leaks 2 to 4 inches a day. Their pool man said they were well aware of this and that is just the way it is. When I looked at the house the pool was filled almost to the decking. Now I know why: the pool is discolored and looks like a drunken sailor painted it when the water is at a normal level. Also the pool drain had been outlawed over 20 years ago due to drownings. The pool light didn't work, there was no light in the garage, the shelves in the refrigerator were held together with pink duct tape. The first bath taken upstairs caused a leak through the kitchen cupboards ruining food and filling my $350.00 purse. When I called the said the loss was not their problem!! They never do repairs properly and their employees say they have to go get parts and never return. I have waited numerous days for repairmen that never show. They have delivered 3 refrigerators now, the first one had the pink duct tape, the second had no shelves and leaked, the third has missing shelves and no filter and has over a foot of ice in the freezer and all have been dented,old and scratched. There are numerous code violations. The fireplace was converted to gas yet had no key, screen or logs. No walk through was offered prior to signing the lease and all they were worried about was getting your money and getting a leased signed. There is just to much to write that is wrong with this company. AVOID them at all cost!!
