  • Horrible service. Staff is rude, does not even acknowledge that you are there. Seems like they all hate everything. I work in the food industry and I know that you can have bad days but this is every time I go to this one. Unfortunately it's the closest one to me but I'm thinking maybe I'll make the longer trek next time because it's just getting very annoying. I used to work at a panera and I can tell you that the way this place is run is not up to par. The managers need to step up. Don't waste your time or energy, pick a different panera.
