  • The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The place is a little messy. I had a very painful and incomplete Brazilian wax, mani and pedi. This was not my first time having been waxed and this was by far the most difficult for me to grin and bare. I had to wait a few days to complete it myself. The mani and pedi was also below my regular standard. The polish was done poorly by a new staff member and has already started chipping from the nail bed. My cuticles became very dry and started peeling within a few hours. My toes have uneven blobs of colour and were clearly rushed. I was so very excited to see they got such high reviews and have very reasonable pricing however I find myself very disappointed and suspicious of the Yelp reviews. This is a true get what you pay for kind of joint.
