I wanted to do an addition to an existing patio and had gotten estimates from three companies and decided for the price (not the cheapest nor most expensive) I would use Bella Patio even after reading the reviews. I admit I gave the reviews little weight as there was good and bad reviews unfortunately live and learn I guess (add one more bad). The concrete work was not done on time and this caused the patio installer to attempt to install the addition post in the wrong place, which he managed to do by modifying were the post was to be installed and drilling holes in my cool deck. Then the concrete guy finally showed up and because the post was in the wrong place caused him to not be able to properly finish a small area as the post aluminum covering stuck out over the area to be done. I spoke with Arron about the problem and was told it would be taken care in which it eventually was (half as) after the post was moved to the proper location. Then the lattice ends were installed uneven and clearly visible to the eye. Again more conversation after the office called to settle up and I explained the job was not done and I was not happy with the work and that I still had holes in my cool deck that needed to be addressed. They sent a person over to fix the holes and repaint my cool deck the only part I am happy with as he did a great job patching the holes and matching the cool deck paint. I was then contacted by Winnie to see about resolving the lattice issue and after listening to him explain to me my options that he would use to fix the problem, which I quickly deemed unacceptable, I concluded that he was a company man and only wanted to fix it with as little or no cost to Bella Patio, when he spouted out I'm NOT going to tear this out and redo it again, I can only make it right to within industry standards (what a crock statement). If this work is the industry standard then I will do it myself next time as I could have done a better job installing the lattice. Final outcome after months from start to finish, I accepted the uneven lattice with a monetary reduction off of the final cost of the patio addition. I am sure they have done some good work just not to my expectations of quality workmenship. I do not recommend this company, the subcontractors they use are substandard and do not have a work ethic for a job done right in my opinion.
