I was here in Las Vegas for work and had an issue with my electrical system on my newer GMC truck. The vehicle started, but I got an ABS light, door locks didn't work, most of the display panel didn't work and no air conditioning! I called to make an appointment and was told the earliest they had was a 3:30 appointment. I arrived at 3:15 and was introduced to Doug. Doug told me that they did not have anyone to work on my vehicle until tomorrow, but that I could leave the vehicle with them and it should be done in a day or two. I told him I was from out of town and I thought it just needed a battery, or that it might possibly be just a bad relay. Doug again told me that he did not have anyone to diagnose a problem until tomorrow. I asked him what the diagnosis fee was and what the cost would be for a new battery. Doug told me to diagnose the problem would be approximetely $200.00. I said even if its just the battery? He said yes. I said thank you and left. I drove over to the auto zone where they diagnosed my bad battery for free without an appointment and in about 5 minutes. Not a good experience.
