  • I am so happy now with the quality of customer service I receive from James Stevens (Jimi). I have brought my sprinter to this dealership for service/maintenance and repairs since 2013 and I used to have such a hard time getting a loaner vehicle from them because my sprinter van was considered a commercial type vehicle according to them even though I explained to them that it was only for personal use for my daughter's special needs. I am very glad this issue with the loaner cars for sprinter van owners was resolved by Mercedes. Thank you Jimi for always keeping me informed about my van and for explaining what needs to be done and why it is being done and also thank you Mercedes of Henderson for having Jimi as your Sprinter service consultant. Now, I highly recommend this dealership to anyone that owns a sprinter vehicle.
