Went here last week with my wife and another couple. We were going to a show at the MGM and this was the most convenient and has open reservations.
We are a big fan of New Orleans style cuisine so this fit right up our alley. we started off with the Heirloom tomato salad, which was very nice. The tomatoes were not at all mushy and had the perfect snap when you bit into them. Also, had the Raw oyster special where these half dozen were from WA state. Just delicious!
For the main course I had the Ribeye. Perfectly cooked steak @ med rare. Good flavor and size. So compared to the Cowboy Ribeye at Beauty and Essex - it beat that one out. Compared to the ribeye I had a Golden Steer and New York that I had at Harvest - Not quite there. But still good nonetheless. The wife had the trout with crab meat. That was really good. I had a side of Jambalaya - which was one of the best I've had since being in New Orleans.
For dessert we shared a banana cream pie which was on point!
The ambiance and feel of the restaurant was very nice and the service was very good, as well!
Would I go here again? Yes.
