| - I am one of the original Broadstone 1675 residents and felt it was time to share what it is like to live here now that the new management has had a few months to settle in. Unfortunately, things have changed for the worst and I don't see any effort on ConAm's part to improve. I was very happy here while the property was managed by Alliance. Their staff went above and beyond and really knew how to maintain a property of this class. ConAm does not. If you are considering this property, please take the time to read the other reviews that are not recommended. They are accurate.
My biggest gripe is the way we are treated by the staff in the leasing office. I am always pleasant and respectful with them and have been treated horribly each time I go in. They never answer the phone. I now try to avoid them if possible which is hard because we have not had an online system since they took over. You must bring a check in to the office to pay rent or contact them if you need maintenance. I will say the maintenance staff have been excellent but the office staff does a poor job of receiving and scheduling repairs. They usually lose requests and will yell at you when you inquire about status. Good luck if you ever need to pick up a package! They will demand you describe what the package looks like so they can find it and act as though it is a major inconvenience to them. From what we have been told, they are working on setting up an online system and parcel package system. Hopefully, interactions with them will be limited in the near future. I still cannot access the online system, however, even after contacting their office. The upkeep of the property has also gone downhill and the garbage areas are always piled high with trash. This is a gated property that requires a key fob to enter the property, building, and even use the elevators. One of the front gates, however, has been broken for a few months now allowing anyone to enter. Management is aware of this issue and still have not addressed it. The hot tub was broken for several weeks. The list goes on. I specifically chose this community for the amenities and quality of living. For the high rent price, I would expect better from ConAm and believe this is why many residents are dissatisfied and not renewing.
