  • Rio is a overall good company just had a couple issues. I had them add two power outlets, change a 3 switch box to 4 switch, and run a coaxial cable. I was told by the installers that they probably could not put an outlet on the exterior wall. I had to suggest pulling power from the ceiling fan at which time they said that they would try that. It worked. Just seemed that they did not want to take on a hard challenge and only did so once I encouraged them that it could and must be done!
