| - So let me start off by saying, this is a partial review for the moment. This will be based off of the initial consultation and customer service as of today, October 27th 2017.
Originally came to this shop due to an insurance claim, not my fault, to get my vehicle fixed due to front end damage. Rafo is my direct contact, and has been helping me since my first visit. I take pride in my vehicle, and the original shop I wanted to go to, Formula Autohaus, was making some moves, so I was forced to find someone good if not comparable to them. This is where I landed after a search for European auto body work. They rate high, and coincidently have worked with the insurance company that is covering my repair.
I still find it hard having to leave my vehicle with the unknown, which is why I and the crew do as much work as possible, but this one I could not escape, so my trust is in them meantime.
They do it all here. Full body work, big or small. They have a clientele so large, they do not have room for vehicle parking for the cars that need work. Not messy or disorganized, just busy. The down side to that is, my vehicle is sitting outside with the windows rolled down collecting dust and dirt, but I'm sure that is all cleaned up on final delivery. Have a Lyft or Uber vehicle? They can do it here. Expect to be on hold once in a while, both Rafo and Robert are busy and always moving.
So far I've been promised amazing work, and have seen some of what they can do, and customers are happy. I'll have to wait to see and judge for myself. Otherwise, I am happy so far with the direction this is going and look forward to a final product. Till then this partial review will have to stand at 3 stars until my final update on the work done to my vehicle.
