  • Please note that this review is not about a flooring product or installation. It is about the estimate process which was deplorable! One thing after another went wrong....miscommunication galore, misquotes, endless texts and emails about the estimator's personal concerns, one delay after another. Ultimately, I did get my full deposit back which is really the only reason why I didn't report this to the ROC.
