Difficult to find entrance, no lighting. You need to look up and follow their sign down to the base to find driveway. Very dangerous way to drive in the dark. If your internet service goes down, why does the guest need to contact their ISP?? Hotel actually made a plaque telling guests to contact ISP. Then they tell you the problem is at the hotel. Wasted 2 and a half hours of MY TIME. Bathtub has a huge step down, not good for elderly or people with spine issues. The front desk staff spends the morning policing their guests so they they do not leave the dining area with any food. Did not see any signs or given any reasons for this type of treatment. So everyone had to squeezed into a small dining area. Ground level room was larger than expected, very quiet. Good air quality. Front desk staff was very courteous. GM sympathetic when I shared my concerns switch her upon checkout
