I booked through sky scanner app on my phone and the reservation went through flight network. I called right after booking my trip because the charge looked a little off . When I called the rep said I had been charged twice for some reason . He told me he had to cancel the entire reservation and my money would be credited to my account. Well it's two weeks later they only refunded one charge and I was also charged twice more for $78 a piece. They are now telling me I have to call the airline direct to possibly get my refund instead of taking care of it themselves . How is this even legal ? I disputed all charges with my credit card and will never ever go through this flight network website again. I would steer clear of this scam company.
