  • As a property manager, you dread getting the 2AM phone calls where a toilet or faucet cuts loose and the home has been flooded. You already know you're in for a long morning and have a lot of coordinating to do. Luckily, companies like Advanced Pro exist out there and make these situations much, much easier. We've had to use them several times throughout our 10+ years of business, and they have come through each and every time. They help arrange vendors to fix the initial problem/cause, do any subsequent dry-out/tear-out, and put the property back together with some solid workmanship. They also are great at helping you navigate through the crazy world of insurance and adjusters. If you have a property that is flooded, caught fire, or has any of those other 'Oh No!" scenarios, call these guys - they'll save you a TON of headache.
