  • I purchased a groupon for 3 waxes. I called and called to set up an appointment no answer so I texted only to be informed she would be out of town for approximately a month. I had to go somewhere else to get my wax done and pay again. I scheduled an appt at 12 a different day traffic was ridiculous on the 101 south. I drove all the way there was 5 minutes late and was told she wouldn't do my wax. So I can wait a whole month due to her not being in town but she can't wait 5 minutes. I do NOT recommend going here. Her time is valuable but yours is not. Wasted time gas and breath. Not worth the groupon purchase.
