  • I went here to get my hails done 2 weeks ago tonight. I had been busy with work and needed my nails done for Easter so I went here since it's on my way home from work. I needed a new full set and gel polish. The guy doing my nails was so rough taking off the old ones. He burned me multiple times with the drill and would get annoyed when I would tense up my hands. I was tensing up because he kept burning me! Every time that happened he would say something to the guy working next to him. I couldn't understand them, but I definitely feel they were talking about me and the girl getting her nails done next to me. It was obvious they were talking about us. I felt rushed picking my color because he was like holding on to the basket with the colors the entire time. I didn't like the color I picked, but he wouldn't let me pick a different one. His paint job was awful. He got it all over my cuticles. When I was paying I noticed 2 nails were chipped and showed him. He told me they weren't. I was so annoyed and angry that o just paid $50 for awful customer service and an awful nail job I left. Two more nails were chipped the next day. Now, 14 days later my new full set is already lifting from my nails. I will never come here again.
