  • It was our first time at this location. Went in to get some flowers for my friend in the hospital(which we informed the florist of when ordering). They said they could have a bouquet available in a half hour so my family and I burned some time waiting for the bouquet to be completed. Came back to the store and the open sign was off, which we were surprised about since we had a pending order. Went up to the door and saw it was locked but they were still inside. I knocked on the door and they opened it to tell us they closed and when we weren't there to pick up the bouquet at 2pm that they sold it to someone else. By the time I got back in the car it was 2:05. We had just missed their closing time. I let the woman know we were waiting for the bouquet, it was our first time and had no idea that they closed at 2 and she showed zero sympathy- similar to the review listed below from last year. This was our first and last experience at this florist. I suggest finding a florist who cares as much about their customers as they do about their craft.
