  • This is the worst shop! I've been bringing my car to this shop for a year. Always an up sell and rude customer service. Because the shop is walking distance from my place.. I kept going back. I could list several things done wrong. But I will address my most recent transaction.. I brought my car in last month, a week before Christmas, to change a daytime running light and a check a flickering temp gage. I had a oil leak I was aware of leaving small oil drips under my car so I used them to check that too while they had it because I've had so much work done! I wanted to see if it was an issue that was already addressed & warrantied. Chris knows me but is never friendly.. He said they would check everything out and told me I should leave and come back.. Because know they upsell.. I threw him a bone and told him I knew the issue was a rear seal just to see what they would come back with. 3hrs later and a steam clean up sell sure enough the problem was the seal. I was advised to not drive my car and to come back in 200mi? 2 days later! Huge oil spill under my car! No way! I take my car back and Im told the part is $15 labor 1000+.. Of course. Its the holidays? I rent a car from hertz for a week and feel I have no choice but to have them fix what they messed with because i knew they confirmed a BS problem I just threw out there. Ricky the new manager tells me they may or may not be able to fix this seal because I have an Audi and that a tech from another shop who had more experience works on Audi might be able to do it. More than mad because my car WAS NOT leaking masses of oil prior to my visit. A few days later Ricky calls me to say the tech from another shop could indeed fix my car and to drop it off.. Fine what ever. I bring my car in and don't hear a word for 2 days. So I call. Ricky informs me that my car was transferred to blue diamonds location? What! So call Mike. We aren't handling anymore. He's in charge of you account now. And that was it. Chris drove my car to that shop personally. So I parked my car rented a car and you were ok to drive it in undrivable conditions? No tow? So Mike and his crew at blue diamond.. I call. They don't know my history.. Turns out to be another 5 dollar part that still required them to drop my transmission. They fixed my car and sent me on my way. 2 days later all the antifreeze pours out of my car! A hose piece was completely disconnected. I take my car back to blue diamond.. They said it was an accident and tacked 2 areas back together and not with Audi parts. Now a week later my car is leaking oil again.. Seriously? Im not shocked. I call blue diamond and got John who told me I also have valve gasket leaks and that Ive signed off on it!!! What! I haven't went back to see if its another accidental issue or a problem with the work they've done in fear of something worse happening. Im seeking legal counsel. I know Ive been hustled. I have pics and all my paperwork
