  • Let me start by saying they make great coffee. Having said that, I went in this morning to get coffee and brought a reusable cup with me like I always do. But this morning it happened the my cup was from Starbuck. The manager refused to put my coffee in it. She tried to see me a new cup, but did not have one in the style I prefer. So she flat refused to put it in my cup. I told her that was bad for the environment and bad for business but she did not care. Smh
