  • I first saw Dr. Carter as my Primary Physician when she was located in San Tan Valley. When she left that location, I signed up with another doctor, but was very unhappy with him. When I found out she was practicing at this location, right away I called and switched back to her as my primary physician. I absolutely love the treatment I receive from Dr. Carter. She does not rush the appointments, answers any questions I have (and I always have a lot), and does not hesitate to refer me to other specialists. As far as the office goes, I don't have problems getting referrals or prescriptions, and when I show up for appointments I rarely have to wait over 5-10 minutes.
