  • Nice decor. Staff is friendly. Pastries are good but overpriced. Total chaos when it's busy. Found a large hair in my apple strudel and they were very non concerned about it. They gave me a new one and standard apology but that was it. At the very least I should not have been charged for the offending strudel and at least given some kind of assurance that they will mention it to the manager so that no one should have to suffer the same in future. Don't expect much from them if your service doesn't work out.
