  • I've had really mixed results with pest control companies in the past - strike that, I've basically had bad results with all of them. I think it's because I generally picked the larger ones and it was PY (pre-Yelp). Based on my experiences with Yelp and food, I figured to give it a shot with Pest Control, and have to say it is great. First off, I always love it when people are passionate about what they do, and are entrepreneurial, so Jason (the owner/operator) scores points on that front. But really it was his service and straight shooting that really stand out. I had him come out for crickets (because I hate them), and I haven't heard nary a chirp (he did it about a month ago). He also recommended sealing under the side of the house to help stop them from sneaking in, and said he'd do it, but I could save money and DIY it, and it's really simple. Thanks for the option, but I think I'd prefer to have you do it. ;) Great experience, definitely going to have him come out periodically, and looking forward to him offering some kind of re-occuring service plan (the big boys try to force them on you, but I actually want one from him, heheh). I think he really specializes more in the hard-to-kill bugs like scorpions (thankfully I had no sign of them), but he did wonders on the more run of the mill kind too.
