  • John was so willing to help us in a desperate situation! He's a very kind hearted, honest, "salt of the earth" kinda guy... He arrived on time ....When he realized that he wasn't able to help us due to a very particular part that was missing from our Sonata, he called around town to try to find us the best deal possible! I found that to be very impressive. He didn't just leave us in the lurch. He genuinely tried to help us. It's nice to know that there are still people out there who genuinely care about your situation even when there's nothing in it for them!
