  • Running errands for senior family members. Had to fill prescription. There was only a month and date on the RX, so they needed to contact the Doctor to get the year. The whole process of starting the order went well, but the RX couldn't be picked up. When the Doctor called the pharmacy to confirm the year, no one called to say the prescription was ready. When dealing with seniors, things should be made as simple and easy as possible. Someone from the pharmacy should have called saying the medicine was available for pick up.
