| - I was referred here by my PCP, I didn't know he harbored such intense hatred of me. I arrived here 20 minutes early and knocked out all the paperwork along with the ridiculous ID copies nonsense. Paperwork finished in 10 minutes, neat. I was a responsible patient and all their never ending threats about being late and charges and canceling don't apply.
I wait and watch an hour past my scheduled appointment go by, yet other people were getting called back as soon as they sat. Instead of a polite notification to the affected patients, the lady doing the check ins just stands up and hollers at the top of her lungs like a carnival barker that some doctors are 45 plus minutes late. No professionalism at all. I hope the staff isn't also so indifferent and unprofessional towards patients in regards to private and financial information.
Another hour later, 2 hours past my appointment time, I am called back without so much as an apology despite their paperwork alluding time is important and money to them. The doctor was nice and professional and that part of the appointment went well. When I went to leave all they wanted to do was reschedule me, totally unnecessary as my appointment was only to confirm no serious issues for my PCP. The rude lady acted like I personally insulted her and told me to go. I asked about payment, as I am a victim of Cigna's uninsurance anti-health racket. I was told nothing is owed and to leave.
A few weeks later, I get a bill from them. I expected it and when I went to pay it this place is stuck in the 80s with no online payment portal. Instead, you're referred out to two other sites or offered the snail mail game. I tried their follow my health portal, it was not linked to the main servers which also explains why they never updated that record for me. I tried the paymyquack site and was able to make a payment there. 1 month later I get another bill for deadbeats demanding payment still. I verified again the payment cleared in my bank and located the emailed receipt. When I called, these people have an office cowering in the east coast just to make it easier to not get ahold of a person past their automated bullshit. I left a voicemail with all my receipt information and my phone number with a request of a callback to confirm they sorted out their amateur hour nonsense. I never got the call and had to call them back the next week only to get a snotty CSR annoyed that she had to actually answer a phone like she gets paid to do. She was at least able to confirm they figured out their stuck in the 80s disorganized chaos and confirmed my zero balance.
Avoid this office and any others heads of this snake as they all lead to the same disorganized rude main office that encourages that same behavior in their satellite offices. I deeply regret letting such disorganized unprofessional clowns get ahold of my personal and financial information. Plus, if you have a heart problem you'll likely drop dead in the lobby hours after your appointment as the staff screams and yells.
