  • I've used Big O Tires off and on for years. Most of my experiences have been good, but I was VERY disappointed today. I'm needing some work done on my car and called around to a couple places to get quotes. I gave detailed information on what I needed done, year / make / model of my car, etc... I was given a quote of $200-250 dollars for the work to be done and to bring it in to make sure. I get there and there is a bunch of workers standing around, so I'm assuming this should be quick. I wait for 10-15 minutes for them to take my car back, and another 5-10 minutes before they call me up to the desk. The person at the front desk starts to tell me of all of these other things I'll need, and that they won't even do the work I want done, unless they do what they are recommending. His recommendations are $2300. No thanks!! I guess it's all about the up-sell with this place, or they would rather stand around and chat or play on their phones instead of work on customer vehicles. I won't be going back here ever again.
