  • Dreadful venue. I agree with John D. on this one. They ruined New Years Eve for me and all of my friends. Their total lack of professionalism and any sort of precautionary measures with respect to security and event planning was evident last Friday night. The cops had to shutdown the event because the promoters (who are equally incompetent it seems) oversold the event and/or did not provide enough security to handle what was an unseemly crowd of non-ticket holders trying to get into the venue for the Avicii concert and the 99 Resolutions party next door. The attempt to transition from simply a gym to an upscale social club has been all but a failure in the eyes of many who were burned by the venue's inadequate provision of service on what was arguably their night to shine. The venue was a bizarre choice for an event of this caliber and I'm sure it has all but ruined its chances of any future success in this regard. Two thumbs down for ruining NYE and what could have been an eventful evening for all involved!
