  • My first yelp review! Worst checking in my 30 years of travel. One front desk person and she spent 45 minutes with one person that was checking in a 30 person group! Tried to get her to call for help or just checkin 10 from group then take a person from the line ( only 2 people in line) - but she waited until the full group was taking care of before handling anyone else . And this group was making deposit in CASH! No common sense here. Only good news is after 30 minute wait had plenty of time to write this review. I will post after I get my room. Of course reserved king got 2 queen with a/c that could only cool to about 76. Never again.
