  • This is a nice location in the downtown area. Plenty of bars nearby and the Quicken Loan area is right across the street for you Cav fans. The size of rooms is nice with a comfy King bed and work/relax friendly area, although the desk was placed backwards in the room lol. Unfortunately, the elevator cleaner they use is extremely toxic smelling and slippery (I was light headed, the smell is unbearable and I nearly twisted my ankle stepping in the elevator). My comforter had stains on upon arriving and my towels were ragged and had holes and the staff is nice and the service is mediocre.the restaurant however has great room service. No amenities like a pool, just conference rooms, a table with a printer, and a room with some elliptical machines. Other than that, I give it two and a half stars.
