After hearing a lot of things about this place we finally gave it a try. Rushed here at 6:45 since they close at 7. The sign said open but there seemed to be no one inside so I was a little confused, but then a young man inside heard me fiddling with the door and came out to open. He was a really sweet kid. He showed us the whole place and explained to us what was what. He knew the menu well too. We decided to get the jambalaya, spinach artichoke dip, mac n cheese, stuffed mushrooms and the BBQ wings. The wings were okay. The stuffed mushrooms and mac n cheese was really good. The jambalaya could have been a little bit spicier but wasn't bad and the spinach artichoke dip was okay too. Luckily we had pita chips at home. I was wondering, don't places usually give you some kind of chips to go with dips? Oh well, it wasn't that important.
They did have quite a few desserts too, but we didn't try any. They also serve coffee and have sodas and drinks. Next time we will try the gumbo and maybe a few other new things.
