  • Worst shopping experience ever. Let me start by saying the staff are rowdy and extremely obnoxious.The entire time my boyfriend and I were looking for a shoe one of the staff members kept shouting across the store 'Oh, you're looking for a dress shoe!?"...Well clearly, but if you're just going to yell across the store and ask instead of approaching us and asking, don't inquire. Not professional. Then you don't think to ask if we need help; You obnoxiously scream across the store? Never in my life have I ever been hawked down and followed in a store the way I was here. Not only was I humiliated; It bothered me so bad I actually broke down and needed to leave because none of it made sense. As i moved down each aisle a large Hispanic girl and Black security guard followed me...all the way up to the cash register. Mind you there were other shoppers in the store. Never have I stole anything, and let's face it, there's nothing in Famous Footwear that 'hot,' sorry, not sorry. Then these people ask for $15.00 an hour. Portray yourself and represent your business $15.00 worth, and I'd personally support it.
