  • The last reviewer, Lauren M, is currently the manager for this community. Look at her photos, they are all apartments. She is the single most incompetent manager I have ever dealt with. I have caught her lying to me every single time we have spoken (for example she told me she had emailed some paperwork earlier in the day and then a few minutes later said "when I email those documents in a little while".). Even though I knew she was spouting off BS, I let it go because I liked the apartment. If she doesn't know an answer she will just make up something or purposely lie. I was supposed to take over someone's lease and then 4 days before move-in she said it was not possible and gave me a list of reasons that contradicted everything she had told me. She did the same thing to the person who is currently in the lease. She is terrible at communication. You have to go to the office in person to get any info. The apartments themselves are pretty nice but management is a complete nightmare to deal with. If you use this company make sure you have EVERYTHING in writing.
