  • While the rates for this company were great, their customer support and processing speed were sorely lacking. The problems I had were 1) Nobody would ever return phone calls 2) They sent my mortgage to underwriting the day AFTER my mortgage was due to be fully approved because of the mortgage contingency. Because of roundpoint mortgage, I had to waive my mortgage contingency without actually have a mortgage. 3) My mortgage was finally approved more than a week after my original closing date.
