The environment is nice. It has sports banners, pictures of famous athletes hung up on the wall, and TV that usually plays ESPN, I assume. I didn't feel like I was a newcomer even though I was, but the barbers seemed to think otherwise. They're nice, but not friendly. If you're not a regular, they probably won't care about you. I had Neil cut my hair. He gave me the worst haircut I've ever had. He messed up on my lineup, made the lengths on both sides of my head uneven, and missed several spots on my edge-up. On top of that, he takes his sweet time! He will stand there talking to another customer while you're sitting in the chair waiting to be cut. Overall, my first (and last) experience was horrible and was definitely not worth the $25.
