  • WOW. UNBELIEVABLE! I just witnessed a "trainer" absolutely publicly scold a patrons dog. First, I don't care if this misguided pet owner has sought your "expertise" Your actions are the equivalent of scolding someone else's child in public....harsh enough to make those around feel uncomfortable. Second, I feel sadness that owners find this acceptable. Shame on this specific Petsmart trainer. Third, to the man with awesome orange Chevy Nova and Husky PLEASE search for a healthier approach for your dogs sake! Not to mention just had our products thrown into our bag and a receipt in my face with major attitude by some rude cashier. FAIL!
