  • I called them on Monday at 1:00 and asked that the come look at my damage in order to give me an estimate. They said they'd be there Tuesday. I called Wednesday to follow up since I had not heard from them. They said they had not been able to get to my house and would not be able to come until the next week... a full week after I initially called. That's not what I call good customer service!
