This Best Buy customer service is horrible. Went in to try an exchange a camera, but instead just ended up returning it to get my money back. I needed help to find a good quality camera but after getting help I ended up more confused than before with the lady that was helping. She didn't smile or anything and made me feel like the questions I was asking were stupid. Then the second lady that was returning the item gave me attitude as well when asking questions about a camera I was potentially interested in ordering. So instead I got my money back and will be doing my business elsewhere. Try to avoid this Best Buy at all cost if you are looking for friendly customer service and people that are genuinely interested in helping you.
