  • This is actually for the Yorkdale location but that is not coming up so I'll leave this here. I had an absolutely AWFUL experience at their store today. I had spoken several times on the phone with several different managers about a purchase my mother had made the end of the summer. After a nasty break to her arm it became increasingly impossible to get into the store. We were dragged around by 4 different managers who told us not to worry we could return without a receipt for the equal value. When I called this morning it was the same and when I spoke to the manager in store it was again promised. When we got to the front they told us it was not the case and we'd only get it for sale price. So something that was paid for at $70 and was promised to be exchanged for equal value was now less than $40. The manager was incredibly rude and condescending (which I told her) and her attitude which I told her was triggering my anxiety didn't change a bit. Avoid at all cost. Ugh. Giving them a star because you have to in order to post but in actuality I'd rather allot zero stars. Not getting my money anymore.
