  • LensCrafters made my last pair of glasses two years ago. Something happened to the coating on the glasses and they said it was not their fault. In all my years of wearing glasses this has never happened before so I think their lenses are substandard. I asked if they could replace the lenses and they quoted me a price that was more than double what Costco would do plus they wouldn't use my frames that I've actually bought from them so the whole deal would have cost 3 times more than what I'm paying Costco to do. Will not go back there it's a rip-off. wish I could give them a minus.
