| - When my wife and I first went with PurMaid they were PlanetHugger and we had no issues with them, we switched teams in the beginning only because we saw that a temporary team that had been assigned to us did a better job. We stuck with this team and had no issues until recently. The team lead left the company and we got two new cleaners on the team. My wife is very open and had gone over things with the cleaners initially on where things went etc. She's also very open and said that because she's home if they have any questions they can ask her questions at any time (they rarely did). We slowly saw a decline in the quality of work, my wife went over things with the cleaners again when things were still not getting put back properly, when they were continuing to put my clothes on my wife's side of the closet and hers on mine, putting away our childrens' clothes (who are clearly two separate sizes) in the wrong rooms, trying to up charge for certain cleaning duties, we started dealing with (we assume) the team lead, she seemed to have an attitude, she would forget her keys or her phone and one time even walked right into our home again without knocking when she forgot something before my wife could even get to locking the door again. When my wife felt like things were not improving she contacted our contact with the company who apologized saying they're in a transition and said we were correct in the pricing and gave us a complimentary dish wash. We finally felt like we were getting somewhere and were hoping to see improvement. The team showed up at our next scheduled appointment and the attitude was apparent. This time my wife's grandmother was there (who is Hispanic and can understand Spanish) and could hear them talking and asked my wife what the cleaner's issue was. When time came to pay they left and my wife actually went out to give them the check. They proceeded to tell her that she was wrong in her payment (which was more than what they were claiming, but was the correct amount with the complimentary dish wash). When my wife explained our pricing agreement again the cleaners brought up that they did double than what they did, which doesn't add up price wise to the claims anyway. Nothing has changed it's the same amount every week (except 1 week which we were more than happy to pay extra). The cleaner proceeded to tell my wife she would take it up with the contact which my wife agreed was fine. I got home at that time from work and witnessed the cleaners at their car fighting in Spanish and asked my wife what was going on. When she explained what happened I told her to contact PurMaids again as things were not improving and simply getting worse. She did so and received the most unprofessional reply I've gotten. The contact blamed their lack of quality and the issues on our 20 month old who had been in the care of my wife's grandmother and my wife the entire time they were there at the house. I'm sorry, but you don't blame your issues on a customer's child when that child has done nothing wrong. That was my last straw. We sent an email to our contact saying "Thank you, your services are no longer needed". We tried working with them and in the end they couldn't work with us and so we moved on.
