  • I had came here several times, the first 3 times were fantastic!! Great service, Friendly staff, and great prices!!!! But I have had 4 bad visits the first one a guy did my nails offered me a gel top coat to keep them looking good longer. Come to find out they charged and extra $5 for it!! I am not complaining about the price, some common courtesy when offer disclose you will charge for it? The second time I came in I stood in the reception area for 15 minuets with no acknowledgement at all and I was the only one standing there!!! They were not super busy just rude and ignored the fact that I walked in. The third time I came in they were very busy I very politely asked one of the ladies how long she thought the wait would be as I live down the street, I had no problem coming back in an hour...... her response to me??? I dunno, can't you see we are busy? just sit down or leave! I was like WTF?????? I walked out. The 4th time I called ahead because I like one of the girls I think she is the owner's daughter she is college aged very sweet and a little chatty when you talk to her about the band on her shirt, plus she did a cute design on my nails and was so super sweet about it. She was working and I made an appointment for a few hours out to get my nails done by her, I come in they had a couple people waiting and I was there 15 minuets early I stated that I made an appointment and was told that they don't take appointments and that it would be ridiculous for me to expect to be helped before the other 2 people waiting????? The guy who answered the phone said they take appointments and scheduled one so you might want to check on that. I will not be trying again even though your prices are the best I have found.......The term "you get what you pay for" really does apply to this nail place, as they not only look low end but they act it as well.
