  • Receptionist was really nice, until I said I wanted to schedule an appointment and then she started to help someone standing in front of her completely disregarding that I was even on the phone needing assistance. I understand I am not the only person on the planet but when I call somewhere to schedule an appointment I expect the person on the other end of the line's undivided attention until we conclude the phone call.
