I went in today to get some help with my replacement phone and I was never once greeted with a smile.. I waited about 10 minutes and when the young lady asked what I needed I told her that I needed to transfer all my information to the replacement phone that was sent by Verizon.. she told me that she couldn't help me because they don't do that kind of stuff and also told me that I needed WiFi. Knowing very well they have WiFi in that store. The service was just horrible they need to hire friendly people who will greet customers with a smile and at least try to hear out the customer remember without customers the employees don't get paid.. I have been with Verizon for 17 years and now they lost a loyal customer
