  • I love Ulta and this store for purchasing beauty products. This review is for the salon. My friend went in for a hair cut as well as blue hair color with the cosmetologist Kendra Stone. When we first went in for a quote everyone was super nice and friendly. I completely understand the quote is not the final price but the difference between the quote and the price my friend paid was crazy. As for the hair cut and color, they were HORRIBLE. The hair color my friend ended up with wasn't even blue it was patches of green with spots of brownish. Also her hair looks like it's been months since it got done and it's been washed with only hot water and it's been a few days. Also the cut was really bad not even at all. She went to get it fix else where and they told her they needed to cut a bit more than she wanted because it was very uneven. The pictures attached are from a few days after the coloring was done. Please even though the people working at the salon have nice hair, don't get your hair done here. STAY AWAY!
