  • Hmm where do I begin.... the new owners/ doctors and staff are horrible. No one ever answers the phone and calls are not always routed to the answering service. I took my mother to her appointment on 4/4/16, while in the waiting room another couple walked in and expressed the same thing which is no one answers the phones and if you do leave a message with the answering service no one bothers to call back. At the end of the visit I was told someone would call the next day to schedule an assessment for physical therapy so my mother could be evaluated for a special walker as she has had a stroke. I called the next day and the phone rang and rang. I had my mom call every day since and still as of today no one has returned our call. Dr. Ruch seemed caring and attentive during the visit which we thought was great however the follow through sucks!!! I've been waiting for someone who cares to call us.... at this point we're moving on to another dr. All I can say is I never had this problem when Dr. Vesna and Dr. Petar were running that office. It's too bad these new owners suck. I do not recommend this practice, save yourself the aggrevation and go somewhere else. They don't even deserve 1 star....
